In Recruitment Resourcing we go up the value-added chain. This is a stage further- all the tasks for Recruitment Process Support, plus distributing the job specifications through our own networks, validating candidates for the jobs, taking feedback from the line managers or HR, applying that to the selection, providing feedback to candidates.
