Of all the sectors and areas in which GBOPS operates the one that, perhaps, depends most on bringing together the resources of several of our BPO teams is HR and Recruitment Support.

Recruitment is most certainly changing, indeed many would say that recruitment is in great need of changing the way that it is managed, purchased and delivered. GBOPS's part in the forthcoming revolution is that at the heart of the future recruitment process will be more and better information driving mature and ongoing relationships between employers, applicants and agencies.

The specific role of the Research and Analysis team in the areas of Recruitment, Search and HR is around company and sector specific research, Skills mapping, training needs analysis and research into training and training providers.
