Objective – Phase 1:

Our Client, a technical and commercial Recruitment Specialist, wished to outsource the back-office tasks for data maintenance and correspondence management.

The Task:

1. GBOPS selected, recruited and trained a team with English-speaking skills. In phases the team were familiarized with CVs, Job Descriptions, correspondence.



2. GBOPS’ software team meanwhile web-enabled the database and developed further the processes that would make it an actual paperless office.
   To achieve this a Director of GBOPS worked closely with the Client to understand, capture and translate the business processes into the processes the software would handle – avoiding duplication and maximizing the use of data to produce the beginnings of MIS.
   
   
3. The GBOPS Team handled all messages and data, responding to variables and placing in accordance with requested processes in the right areas of the databanks in readiness for the UK Consultants to access and action of develop a team of data management and recruitment support team leaders capable of supporting the UK defence and commercial.

GBOPS’ in-house Resources include Teams engaged in:

• Research - Resourceful, innovative and experienced



• Data Management - trained and experienced in “back data entry” and familiar with English names, qualifications and employment terms.



• Recruitment Support - all Graduates+, fully experienced in supporting consultants and recruiters across the whole spectrum of activity with both candidates and clients such as (Astrium, Airbus, Marconi and so on), and handling the full spectrum of candidate and client correspondence



• Marketing



• Software Development/ Correction and Website development/maintenance



• Accounting, Payroll, Taxation and Billing – working closely with UK accounting practices using a range of professional financial packages



• A fully managed and web enabled Recruitment support process and HR support process that is capable of being fully branded to your own requirements and tailored to your specific needs.
