The GBOPS approach is to make the BPO process an easy one for all our customers. We offer outsourcing that is as free of hassle and risk as we can make it and, wherever required, we undertake it on an evolutionary basis, demonstrating the principal so that Customers can move from the developing and testing stage to limited operations and then make the final move to full scale operations - but only when they have satisfied themselves that they, their team and their customers are ready. The benefits are staggering. Nor is it always necessary to outsource the entire task - it may be 75 or 80% so that the final adjustments are made by in-country Customer managers, or those tasks where skills shortage are creating bottle-necks to business flow. Whether individual tasks or processes we are able to handle them all.

Having worked with the Armed Forces and in Defence and Secure Communications Industries in Europe and the Middle East for many years, we know all about confidentiality and the crucial importance of information. We understand also how sensitive the very topic of outsourcing can be.
That is why all our work is done over secure communications using the www as a WAN so that data and process are always maintained either on your own internal servers (or servers nominated by you) or on our own secure servers - your choice.
Whilst India is a great place to get work done, especially the high added-value tasks that GBOPS undertakes, frankly, the reason we are Guernsey-based is that we know most people are far more comfortable dealing with the familiar than with a foreign country - and the Channel Islands are well known for their stringent application of confidentiality in business.
