GBOPS' designed Career Navigator's processes to dramatically cut costs in their European office whilst also increasing their resources by fully web-enabling their entire process and making it accessible from wherever there is web access.

As a result of the above the GBOPS approach has facilitated the development of a virtual, world wide association of professionals who now work together offering a one class, fully integrated service built around a single resource. The Consultants who now constitute the HR Professional Network can now manage recruitment, search and a range of HR tasks from where ever they are worldwide by simply accessing the www and their data.



3. Virtual Globe is specialist Software House which has increased their capabilities by 150% whilst cutting costs at the same time. Meanwhile, the profile of their team now reflects a much higher level of academic achievement. Their software development is undertaken and delivered either in modules or directly on to their servers. "In practice" says Mark Antell Technical Director "we are able to undertake product development which would previously have been beyond our reach unless we negotiated additional development funding".



4. The café is a virtual magazine concerned with the global market in Employment and Training. The Editorial and Production Teams are now supported by GBOPS, again with a big reduction in costs accompanied by better recruitment and retention and a much more flexible operational methodology. The added flexibility has allowed journalists and other subject matter experts to make their contributions from where ever they have access to the www.

Of course, not all situations lend themselves to the GBOPS approach, but many do and yours may be one of them.
