One of the nicest illustrations we had was over-heard in India when an existing team member said to an applicant at an interview without artifice - "You are not joining a company, you are joining the GBOPS family!".
For us looking after people means investing in training and development, supporting their efforts, listening, encouraging and working together to achieve a business that is confident enough to aim high in an environment that is solutions driven. These are the set of standards that the organisation and its stakeholders subscribe to. Organisational values guide the day-to-day operations, serving as a link between Mission and Vision. Staff members are encouraged to contribute suggestions and merge their beliefs into the Company's values and its intended operations and direction.
